For Sale: The Jetta That Doesn’t Glow Orange at You Tired of European cars that light up the dashboard like a Christmas tree the moment you buy them? Meet my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta 1.4 TSI: a rare unicorn with no check engine light. Not hiding it, not covered with tape. It’s just not there. The Good Stuff - Just over 130,000km - One owner (exported not deported) - 1.4L turbo petrol that sips fuel and still has plenty of get-up - Dual-clutch automatic with 5 speeds, so no clutch leg workout in Kingston traffic - Cruise control, so you can set it on the North-South Highway and earn your speeding ticket in complete comfort (please don’t, but it can) - Keyless entry, alarm, alloy rims, and fog lamps - Bluetooth/AUX/USB, so your playlist survives the ride - Working A/C, powered windows, 4 airbags, and 5 seat belts The Honest Part She’s in fair condition: a few scratches, some prior rear repairs, and flaking paint on the rear bumper. She has lived a little, and she has the character to prove it. Mechanically, all systems are working. The Pitch Grey, right-hand drive, and a proven sedan that gets you from Kingston to Ocho Rios without drama. A recent professional valuation is available to serious buyers.
