Honda Civic Price in Jamaica (October 2026): What Each Generation Costs

Prices as of 2 October 2026

The Civic is one of the few cars in Jamaica that sells at every budget. A twenty-five-year-old hatchback and a near-new Type R share the same name, and the asking prices run from a few hundred thousand dollars to nearly seven million. So "what does a Civic cost?" only has an answer once you know which year you're shopping.

How many were for sale?

On 2 October 2026, 236 Honda Civics were listed on Beego, gathered from every major local listing site plus direct sellers. That count includes the Si, Sport, Touring and Type R trims. Kingston and St. Andrew held 126 of them, St. Catherine 44 and Manchester 20. See the Civics listed now.

What you'll actually pay

Across all 236, most asked between J$450,000 and J$4,500,000, and the median was J$2,200,000. That middle figure hides a market split in two, so the year table matters more than the average:

Model year Listings (2 Oct 2026) Middle half of asking prices Median
Before 2006 41 J$350K–J$550K J$450K
2006–2010 22 J$750K–J$950K J$850K
2011–2015 23 J$980K–J$1.39M J$1.23M
2016–2020 103 J$2.2M–J$3.2M J$2.65M
2021 and newer 39 J$3.9M–J$4.95M J$4.5M

Eight more listings gave no year.

The price more than doubles at 2016. That's the year Honda redesigned the Civic, and the median jumps from J$1.23M for a 2011–2015 car to J$2.65M for a 2016–2020 one. It's also where most of the supply was: 142 of the 236 listings were 2016 or newer. A 2018 Civic in Kingston at J$1.9M with 100,000 km sat below the middle of its group that day, which is exactly the kind of listing worth a call and a close look.

At the top, a 2019 Type R asked J$6.9M. At the bottom, three 1998–2001 cars asked J$250K or less. At that money you're buying a project, so budget for work before you budget for the car.
